An architecture of trust and less visual noise
yonatan.pl is an independent design practice that gives small and medium-sized businesses solid brand tools: complete visual identities, scalable logos, ultra-fast websites in clean HTML and print design. Rebuilding my own communication system was a rigorous analytical exercise built on a radical reduction of visual noise. I replaced the previous mark, enclosed in a circle, with an open, dynamic monogram. Removing the outer frame frees the composition from unnecessary spatial limits, and the new form, made of interlocking lines, makes the brand far more memorable in a crowded design market.
The geometric construction of the mark
An effective logo needs a mathematical foundation. I developed the final shape of the monogram on a strict geometric grid, carefully balancing the proportions and the negative space inside the mark. This precision in the curves builds a subconscious sense of stability and directly reflects the methodical, orderly design process I offer my business partners.
Ergonomics and color psychology
The palette has a clearly defined navigational role. Cool, deep shades of blue (HEX #0166cc, #3399ff) deliberately evoke technology, trust and creativity. Instead of relying only on pure black, which tires the eyes, I introduced an extended gray scale (HEX #6b7280, #9ca3af). This softens interface contrast, creates a natural backdrop for key messages and noticeably reduces eye strain.
Hierarchy and uncompromising legibility
Choosing a typeface is a strictly functional decision. The SF Pro Display family delivers maximum clarity on every medium. A range of weights, from Semibold to Bold, makes it easy to build a clear visual hierarchy. Readers scan headings smoothly and take in the content without cognitive hurdles, which noticeably shortens the time it takes to understand the offer.
Scalability in micro formats
Visual communication has to work flawlessly in the tightest spaces. The monogram stays fully legible as a favicon or as an app icon on a phone screen. Different background variants keep the system highly flexible, making it easy to adapt the logo to light and dark modes and different color environments without any loss of recognition.
Optimizing conversion paths
The main touchpoint with clients is a minimalist website written in clean HTML. I dropped heavy plugins and animations in favor of instant loading and clear navigation. Visitors land straight on the key information and clearly visible conversion paths. It’s a tool designed out of respect for the visitor’s time, leading them straight to starting a business relationship.
Physical carriers of trust
Even in a digital industry, physical materials remain a strong argument for credibility. The business cards and branded items rely on a spare layout, strong typographic contrast and careful use of white space. The layout makes the printed pieces look solid and professional, backing up the high standard of the work.
A consistent B2B ecosystem
A rebrand only works with complete consistency across all channels. I carried the new brand architecture straight over to social media, where it supports day-to-day work. A unified personal profile builds authority faster and reassures potential partners of a high design standard and attention to detail at every point of contact.
